Henry Ford Museum loses Last Ford Family Member

William Clay Ford Jr. announced Tuesday that he was stepping down as chairman of the board at The Henry Ford, effective immediately.

This marks the first time since the institution was founded in 1929 that the chairman will not be a member of the Ford family.

"Bill stepped down because, as he said, he felt it was time for new leadership," says Patricia Mooradian, president of The Henry Ford.
