Souping-up one of Germany's hottest sports cars is no easy feat. Just take a quick look of the number of tuners that have successfully added reliable power to the potent V-8 -- and now V-10 -- engines in the Audi R8 and you'll get the idea. One such notable tuner, MTM, from the northern town of Wettstetten, Germany, has done just that and recently released its latest Audi R8 program. As expected, like the rest of its lineup, it doesn't disappoint -- at least on paper.
The heart of the program is MTM's substantial engine upgrade that boosts the 4.2L engine's output to a breathtaking 560-hp -- or around 140-hp more than stock -- thanks to a bespoke supercharger (or compressor in Euro-speak) system.
