2012 Cadillac SRX


The Cadillac SRX is a mid-size luxury crossover vehicle that offers all the features Cadillac customers expect, as well as the utility of a five-passenger CUV.
The SRX is available in both front-wheel and all-wheel drive configurations, and is powered by a new 3.6-liter, direct-injection V6 engine, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission with manual shift control. Standard safety features include anti-lock disc brakes, Stabilitrak electronic stability control, six airbags with occupant sensing system, tire pressure monitor, theft-deterrent system, daytime running lights and OnStar. Available luxury and high-tech features include genuine wood interior trim, adaptive Xenon headlights, rearview camera, navigation system, double-sized glass sunroof, 20" wheels and tires and rain-sensing wipers.
For 2012, the Cadillac SRX replaces both 2.8-liter and 3.0-liter V6 engines with one new 3.6-liter V6 engine

Porsche Cayenne 2012


The Porsche Cayenne combines legendary Porsche sports car performance with convenient SUV utility and all-condition capability.
The all-wheel drive, five-passenger Cayenne is available in three trims: V6, S, and Turbo. The V6 is powered by a 300-hp 3.6-liter V6 engine, the S is has a normally aspirated 4.8-liter V8 with 400-hp, while the Turbo is gets a 500-hp twin-turbocharged version of the same 4.8-liter V8. A new eight-speed automatic transmission with an auto start-stop system is available on the V6, standard on the two V8 powered trims. Notable features available on the Cayenne include: Porsche Stability Management (PSM), Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC), a conventional moonroof or a panoramic roof system, Bi-Xenon headlamps, power memory seats, 4-zone climate control and a Bose surround sound system.
The Cayenne is unchanged for 2012.
